Welcome to Sports Facilities and Event Management. This course will introduce you to the skills necessary to understand the operations and planning involved in facilities management. In this course, we will use a practical approach to the management process and you will assume the identity of a sports facilities manager. Throughout the units, you will be asked to explore ideas and apply them in managing a facility and planning a sports event.
