Full course description
The course will explain methods for testing fitness levels as well as examining each performance factor in depth. In addition, you will examine program design and implementation, drills, and workouts that promote both skill and conditioning, the role of strength and conditioning in rehabilitation, and the role of periodization in targeted training.
